Our clinic accepts many major health insurances.  Below is a list of insurances where we are in-network providers.  Self pay agreements can also be arranged.  Please contact the therapist directly to get more information about rates and payment process.

While we can confirm we are in-network with the above insurances, we cannot guarantee coverage for services or if your specific plan is in-network.  For confirmation of network status and benefits coverage, it is up to clients to contact their insurance directly for this information.
